Because of high rates of house foreclosures which are occurring in major parts of the country – President Obama has declared a new program known as Making Home Affordable Refinance Program and Loan Modification Program that is mainly a home owner incentive package.
Obama refinance plan is the part of several programs integrated under stimulus package. The refinance program aims at refinancing the current mortgage running on the primary residence.
